Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Manager located in in Oostrum, North Limburg.

The project manager is part of the Engineering & Project Management department and responsible for leading customer-oriented warehouse and supply chain projects externally as well as internally. These projects are mainly focused on implementations of new customer requests and optimizations of existing solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensure the preparation and implementation of project specifications, project plans, monitoring of projects' deliverables, including risk and budget management.
• Leading project meetings.
• Managing project members (and or workstream leads) to complete projected deliverables on time.
• Intensive consultation with the internal and external customer regarding the results to be achieved, budget and lead time.
• Consultation with stakeholders such as BD, account management, IT, Engineering, Operations.
• Report and monitoring / progresses / troubleshooting /risk mgt. of the projects, needed by the different steering committees.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Logistics Management or Technical Business Administration
• A few years of experience in a similar role
• Strong partnership management and analytical skills
• Strong organization skills combined with project management experience.
• Ability to think critically and strategically to drive organizational success
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
