Owning the campaign calendar and making sure everything launches on time.
Tracking performance daily, catching issues early, and keeping everyone aligned.
You'll do live campaign checks, pull revenue snapshots, and turn chaos into clarity.

Here's what you'll do:
Own the campaign calendar and coordinate between development, CRM, and paid media teams
Manage asset delivery, copy approvals, and UTM setup to ensure smooth launches
Conduct live checks post-launch to confirm tracking, links, and budgets are working correctly
Act as the daily contact for our paid media agency and monitor campaign pacing and performance
Produce concise daily summaries covering what went live, what worked, and what needs fixing
Campaign Coordinator: You keep multiple projects moving without missing a beat
Details Guardian: You catch the small stuff before it becomes big problems
Team Connector: You bridge internal teams and external partners with ease
Deadline Protector: You make sure launches happen on time, every time
Clarity Creator: You turn complex updates into clear action items
3+ years of project management experience
2+ years of DTC marketing or campaign coordination experience
Experience managing paid media campaigns (social & PPC)
Agency coordination experience
Reporting and data analysis
Experience using CRM and e-commerce platforms
Temporary position with a 3-month contract
US $1,800 $2,000 / month (full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week)
Completion bonus at the end of the contract
EST schedule with 4 hours overlap with the UK
