Duties and Responsibilities
- Is responsible for maintaining safety standards on the job site.
- Coordinates with Project Manager to schedule any necessary materials, subcontractors, equipment, etc.
- Produces the project within hours budgeted.
- Submits all records on LMN for each job, daily, as required by
- Works without supervision, using skills and knowledge gained by experience, industry certification, or a degree.
- Operates equipment in a safe manner, observing all safety regulations as prescribed by Wyscape and the equipment operator’s manual. Trains crew members in equipment operation.
- Reads, interprets, and implements Job Planners and Irrigation Plans. Works without supervision, using skills and knowledge gained by experience, industry certification, or a degree.
- Can lead a one-to-two-man crew while producing quality workmanship of the irrigation task within budget.

- Maintains the confidentiality of client and company information.
Required Skills and Experience
- Has two years’ irrigation experience.
- Has one year’s leadership experience
- Plant/turfgrass identification skills
- Knowledge of man hour goals
- Advanced irrigation controller programming and service knowledge.
- NALP Certified Landscape Technician-Irrigation (or earn this within an agreed upon timeframe)
- Capable of using LMN digital timesheets and submitting work orders
- Great, professional communication skills
- Capable of coaching and teaching crew members
