Full-Time Irrigation Technician Apprentice

The Irrigation Technician is the face of our company and needs to be able to provide high quality, customer focused, irrigation services. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and a stable work history. We are looking for someone who is interested in long term employment with advancement. This is an entry level position to learn how to become an amazing irrigation tech. We are looking for someone willing to learn with a great driving record. We will provide the Technician with on the job training as well as continuing education needed to succeed and grow with our company.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation: You must be at work on time, every day. You will need to have a valid and clean drivers license with a good driving record. We start work at 6:45am.
• Drug Free: We operate machinery and enter private property, you must be drug-free.
• Team Player: While you will often work alone you need to be comfortable working as part of a team
• Hard Worker: It's not easy to work in this industry. You should enjoy working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions (rain, heat, sun, cold, etc.). You also have to be able to lift 50lbs and walk long distances

• Full Time Year around employment
• Overtime available but not required
• Pay 18-24/ hour to start with room to grow once trade is learned ($37,000- $50,000/yr)
• Paid Holidays, and 1 week PTO after 90 days. PTO increases each year
