About the Role:
As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining our global IT configuration and wipe-up processes to ensure seamless operations for our clients, as well as for Workwize. You will oversee project execution, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions to enable flowless Device enrollment and Wipe-up for a variety of clients, all across the globe. Reporting to the VP Operations, you will collaborate closely with the Tech and Operations teams to align technical capabilities with client needs and continuously improve our services.
How do we measure success in this role?
As IT Project Manager, your performance will be measured by key service delivery and operational efficiency metrics:
Enrollment Success Rate
– Minimizing the percentage of failed device enrollment orders within MDM-integrated workflows.
Supplier Turnaround Time
– Reducing the number of working days required by suppliers to complete device enrollment before delivery.
Client Adoption of Standardized Wipe-Up
– Driving the percentage of new clients successfully using our standardized wipe-up process.
Issue Resolution Speed
– Decreasing the average time (in working days) to resolve configuration-related escalations with suppliers.
Wipe-Up Execution Time
– Optimizing the time it takes for warehouse teams to carry out wipe-up requests from start to finish
