About the Role

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to lead tech projects that support our digital transformation.

In this role, you’ll manage projects from start to finish planning, delivering, and helping teams adopt the changes. You’ll work closely with both business and technical teams on projects like ERP and CRM systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure upgrades, and AI/data initiatives.

Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects with strong focus on stakeholder engagement, change management, and sustainable outcomes

– Strong focus on Change Management

– Develop detailed project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and success metrics

– Oversee delivery of ERP (Dynamics 365), CRM, data platforms, cloud and cybersecurity projects

– Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies

– Create communication plans, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders at all levels

– Lead change impact assessments, readiness evaluations, and user adoption strategies

– Coordinate and facilitate training, support go-live, and ensure post-implementation embedding

– Ensure compliance with IT standards, security protocols, and quality benchmarks

About You:

– Exposure to IT project management with a strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale systems and transformation initiatives

– Demonstrated experience managing both technical delivery and business change

– Strong background in ERP/CRM implementations

– Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities

– Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management skills

– Skilled in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps

– Familiar with frameworks such as ISO27001, Essential 8, NIST, and ITIL

– Proficient in Microsoft Project, Power BI, and collaboration tools
