Pearl Recruitment is currently recruiting for various positions within the Landscape Gardening industry, with various levels of experience welcome to apply!
  
Mower Operators – Rockingham
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3 PM
Pay Rate: $70,000 - $90,000 (Full-Time) + Super
Job Scope: Operating ride-on, cylindrical and rotary push mowers, assist with garden maintenance such as hedging, weeding, trimming, as well as minor repairs on mowers.
Specific Requirements: Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport, experience on ride-on mower, construction white card.
  
Irrigation Technician – Various SOR Projects
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time Hours (Flexible Start & Finishes)
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000 (Full-Time) + Super
Job Scope: Installing, testing and maintaining irrigation systems for commercial landscape projects across Perth, diagnosing and repairing faults, conducting system checks and working with various landscape and construction teams.
Specific Requirements: Previous experience working within irrigation or reticulation.
  
Lawn Technician – Belmont Location
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $75,000 - $85,000 (Full-Time) + Super
Job Scope: Residential turf management and renovation, operating various machinery and maintaining residential lawns, applying pesticides, herbicides and fertilizers as required & communicating with various clients.
Specific Requirements: Strong previous experience within turf & lawn management.
  
Construction Team Leader – Malaga Location
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 4 PM
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/Hr + Super
Job Scope: Leading a team of 2-3 landscape labourers within the construction department, working on various local council projects with concrete works, playground upgrades, installing limestone walls, turn, planting and irrigation installations. 
Specific Requirements: Previous team leader / supervisory experience within commercial landscaping & MR or HR driver’s licence.
  
Construction Supervisor – Bibra Lake Location
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $110,000 + Super
Job Scope: Leading a team working on landscape construction projects, coordinating site activities day-to-day, working closely with project managers, help training junior staff.
Specific Requirements: Previous landscaping, construction OR gardening experience, strong leadership skills, manual driver’s licence, construction white card.
