Key Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate to and from job sites around the city and surrounding areas
- Lead and complete landscaping/irrigation projects, ensuring timely execution and quality results
- Direct and manage job sites, ensuring all tasks meet our high standards
- Maintain effective communication with office staff, field supervisors, and crews
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
- Valid Texas driver's license; CDL not required
- Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English highly desirable
- Proven experience in landscaping/irrigation and leadership roles
- Ability to work in fast-paced and challenging environments
- Mon - Sat depending on work load
Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
