ALK Abello' Source Materials, Inc., a leading manufacturer of quality allergenic biological source materials, and a member of the global ALK-Abello' group of companies, is recruiting for our open Production Technician I-III position. This is a regular, full-time, benefits-eligible position.  Join our stable and growing company and provide leadership and expertise to our workforce located in our 150,000 square foot facility in Post Falls, ID. 

The Refrigeration specialist is part of a team of specialists focused on ensuring equipment is operational to support Production’s needs.  This position will have a specific emphasis on refrigeration expertise. The tasks for this position include but are not limited to; installation, preventative maintenance, repairs and upgrades of automated production equipment and facilities mechanical systems.   Utilization of Johnson Controls for building automation and monitoring.  Scheduled performance of maintenance procedures on equipment such as (6) plant chillers, (54+) refrigerator / freezers, (90+) custom environmental chambers, and numerous air handling units, etc.

The successful candidate will hold a refrigeration license from the state of Idaho, a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of hands-on experience in refrigeration and one year experience working in a GMP or regulated environment.  Must have good attention to detail with good reading, writing and math skills.  Must be able to input data electronically.  

All positions at ASM require the ability to comfortably and safely work around insect venoms, allergens, hazardous chemicals, solvents and other laboratory reagents.
