YOUR TASKS:
- Assess customer claims and ensure implementation of After Sales interventions
- Define required competencies and manage technician capacity planning
- Coordinate and assign technician training (including P&C hub and technical training plans)
- Evaluate technician competency and ensure readiness for contract execution
- Plan recruitment and hiring in alignment with capacity plans
- Manage commercial handovers (e.g. LD provision, compensation for effort, CWE commissioning)
- Plan and execute drone inspections if required
- Support retrofit, snagging, and Tier 1 maintenance implementation
- Define and schedule tool allocation per capacity plan
- Review and assess operational proposals from HSE and operational execution perspectives
- Ensure PPE inspections and compliance with safety requirements
- Prepare PPE inspection checklists and verify team competency
- Define maintenance plans per WTG
- Conduct site leader inspections, peer audits, and technical audits
- Prioritize operational tasks and manage CAPEX for Service Projects (SP)
- Approve invoices, technician hours, and special planned activities (e.g. MCE, blade inspections)
- Monitor and report operational KPIs
YOU PROFILE:
- 3+ years of experience in wind industry, field service operations, or a similar technical role.
- Fluent English – both written and spoken – is a must.
- Proven experience in leading teams and coordinating technical staff (technicians, field engineers, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with capacity planning, training coordination, and technician assessments.
- Ability to manage technical documentation, inspections, retrofits, and maintenance scheduling.
- Familiarity with HSE principles and operational risk management.
- Higher technical education (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
