This role is to be single point responsible and accountable for Business Development across PAN India.

+ Job Responsibilities

Manager Sales Solar Power

Bangalore | Energy business

1. Contacting potential clients to analyse and establish rapport for arranging meetings.

2. Identifying eligible clients for a renewable energy installation, project developments, Operations

and Maintenance.

3. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives in Renewable Sector.

4. Researching organizations and individuals to nd new opportunities.

5. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.

6. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

7. Developing quotes and proposals for clients as per the organisational targets.

8. Ensure pipeline development as well as convert maximum possible leads into last mile

opportunities.

9. Analyse and propose commercial terms to prevent and mitigate contractual risks.

10. Responsible for client relationship management, from lead development to project handover to

post project feedback.

11. Develop and manage key accounts.

+ Job Requirements

Bachelor s degree in engineering, business, or related eld plus

MBA with Renewable Energy background.

Ability to manage complex projects approvals and Govt- Lesioning for the different project at

different states.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to ourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Pro cient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Self-driven and motivated.

Clarity on fundamental engineering concepts

Ability to manage work with travel.

High energy levels and ability to work & deliver under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in Sales Management is must with Engineering degree/diploma will be

preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

e ectively.
