About the opportunity

The Marketing Executive is part of the Brighton Homes Marketing team and reports to the Marketing Manager. The key focus of this role is to plan, develop and implement marketing strategies, communications, customer engagement and public relations activities across Brighton Homes. More specifically, you will:
•Develop strategies and produce valuable and engaging content for our website, digital platforms and social platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement 
•Assist with delivering the strategic development to promote Brighton Homes and generate traffic to displays, websites, and leads into our CRM system. 
•Develop creatives, media briefs and support the relationship with creative and media agencies. 
•Develop customer surveys, edms, e-newsletters and associated electronic marketing. 
•Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as sponsors, charities, key industry players, advertising agencies, and other key stakeholders.
•Assist with monitoring the marketing budget, media schedules and annual expenditures.
•Analyse all campaigns, media activity, website analytics, display home traffic including assessment and reporting of ROI.
•Planning and coordination of events and product launches.

About you

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will have:
•Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or suitable qualifications
•Strong relationship building skills, able to engage confidently with stakeholders 
•Exceptional written and verbal communications skills (ability to generate quality and compelling copy and content)
•Driven and organised self-starter able to use initiative and adapt to change
•Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills 
•Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
•Experience in planning, coordinating and managing events
