About the Role
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager with deep project management experience—someone who thrives in organizing people and systems, brings clarity to chaos, and is equally comfortable building new processes and maintaining them with excellence.
This role blends project operations, process management, and light marketing execution. You will build, maintain, and optimize marketing task workflows (especially via ClickUp), ensuring clarity, accountability, and smooth day-to-day operations. You should understand how core marketing functions—such as content, SEO, design, development, ads—interconnect and contribute to the overall execution pipeline. You should also be able to step into at least one core marketing role (e.g. content, SEO, design, development, ads, etc…) occasionally to fill execution gaps if they arise.You’ll also help us leverage AI to optimize marketing operations, including building workflows that improve speed and quality of execution across workstreams.
You will report to the Director of Operations and support a tight-knit team of strategic, technical, and creative contributors.
Responsibilities:
ClickUp Task Flow Management
- Build and maintain ClickUp task frameworks, automations, and templates
- Own the end-to-end process: assign, follow up, and close tasks to meet timelines
- Support weekly sprint planning, capacity management, and resource allocation
Marketing Execution Coordination
- Translate strategic input into executable task flows
- Oversee project timelines and progress across content, SEO, design, web development, social media campaigns, paid ads, etc…
- Work directly with developers, designers, copywriters etc… to scope tasks, answer questions, and coordinate execution
- Jump in with light marketing execution support when needed
Strategic & Operational Support
- Act as a builder: implement systems we collaboratively architect
- Act as a maintainer: own and continuously improve operational workflows
- Identify blockers, capacity gaps, or inefficiencies before they cause issues
- Implement feedback loops and optimize team operations for better output
AI & Workflow Optimization
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline work using AI tools
- Help build and improve AI-powered marketing workflows
- Stay curious and current on AI tools that can improve speed, quality, and clarity
What You Bring
Marketing Experience:
- 2+ years of project/operations management experience, especially in a marketing or agency context
- Demonstrated strength in managing timelines, coordinating across roles, and creating efficient task workflows
- Solid understanding of core marketing functions—such as SEO, content, paid advertising, and web development—so you can effectively coordinate timelines and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- A process builder and maintainer mindset—you get excited about fixing inefficiencies
- Comfortable jumping in on light marketing execution tasks

Bonus Qualifications
- Paid ad management experience (Google ads, Facebook ads, etc…)
- Proficiency in WordPress
- Experience using SEO tools like SEMRush or Ahrefs or BrightLocal, etc…
- Proficiency with Google Analytics
