Summary
The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Zevia’s marketing initiatives are executed with clarity, focus, and efficiency. This role is a central point of coordination across Creative, Brand, Product Marketing, E-comm, Sales, Ops, and external partners.
Reporting to the Director of Design, the Project Manager owns project intake, prioritization, timelines, and trafficking across cross-functional stakeholders. This includes supporting cross-functional innovation and packaging development projects, which often run in parallel, as well as broader marketing efforts including internal production planning for brand campaigns and launches, ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff through asset delivery.
This is a highly collaborative, systems-minded role focused on improving visibility, as well as driving alignment and shared understanding across teams. The Project Manager translates business priorities into actionable plans, manages timelines, gathers the right inputs upfront, and clearly communicates project progress to keep work on track.

You are an experienced project manager who can manage complex, cross-functional projects, understands creative work deeply, and balances structure with flexibility. You’re comfortable working across disciplines and seniority levels, and you communicate with confidence and clarity.

You excel at refining systems, solving problems, and managing complex marketing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and evolving demands. You take pride in helping teams deliver strong work and maintain momentum by removing unnecessary friction with creativity, diplomacy, and thoughtful leadership.

What We're Looking For
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility but will serve as a coach and mentor within the department, supporting best practices in project management and cross-functional collaboration.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

What We Offer
Our compensation package includes a base pay range + bonus + equity
Pay Range
$115,000 - $130,000 USD
