Job Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager plays a vital role in the success of all marketing activities. Responsible for ensuring seamless execution of projects, this individual liaises between the many different moving parts and complexities of multiple projects, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking with the ability to operationally execute. This person must be able to multitask while retaining attention to detail, have an organizational sense to ensure overlapping timelines and requirements do not hinder progress, be agile (able to quickly shift direction, adjust to changes) and always be looking for ways to optimize via process or tools.

Job Duties:
- Development of project timelines/schedules for all marketing projects
- Working closely with key stakeholders to better understand project requirements and supporting in assigning these projects, prioritizing projects among the team
- Day-to-day project management of entire lifecycle of Marketing’s new product introduction (NPI) launch planning processes, including: establishing, managing and updating marketing timelines/schedules, and working with all individuals on Marketing team to ensure tasks stay on track, and close coordination with other teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Operations) to stay up-to-date on products’ timing, changes, etc.
- Day-to-day communication and coordination with all Marketing team staff to manage and update project schedules and work with all individuals on Marketing team to ensure tasks stay on track
- Communication and coordination with cross-functional groups, such as Sales, Product Management, Engineering, etc. for two-way communication of key dates, milestones, questions, etc.
- Manage marketing project requests from broader Commercial Org and other teams (Sales requests for customer meetings/line review/retailer packaging, etc.; HR requests; Product Management requests, etc.), including leading/owning cross-functional team communication and coordination in order to complete requests
- Owning Monday.com software utilization (power user), or another PM tool, and training to track all projects
- Owns tracking of capacity planning, identifying gaps in resources, optimizing to ensure all internal/external customer needs are met
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a relevant field; prefer experience working with creatives
- Prior experience related to project management/logistics
- Strategic thinker, curious and likes to challenge the status quo
- A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment; internal customer service focused
- Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and communication skills
- Ability to maintain organization and attention to detail while juggling many tasks/projects
- Experience with web-based project management software (e.g., Monday.com); software certification a plus
- Prior people management experience preferred
- Strong technology skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles in digital design
- Comfortable integrating new technologies, such as AI and augmented reality, into existing marketing projects is a plus
Work Environment:
This position will perform most job duties in an office environment where using a computer, software applications, telephone, printer, etc. are essential.
