Konik is partnered with a growing mechanical contractor who is adding a Service Project Manager to their team.

Service Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial commercial project's progress and schedule; resolve any needed changes
• Establish, develop, and retain service relationships for commercial and industrial customers
• Oversee budgets and drive results
• Ensure correct material, equipment, and subcontractors are coordinated

Service Project Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects
• Ability to work in a collaborative and solutions driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to read construction drawing and blueprints
