Education/Experience
· Journeyman Tradesperson, Interprovincial Red Seal, Registered Apprentice Tradesperson or equivalent experience.
· High School diploma or equivalent required and 4+ years of experience performing mechanical maintenance duties in a manufacturing/packaging environment, or equivalent combination of vocational education and experience.
· Knowledge of Conveyor Systems, carton sorting systems and mobile equipment used in distribution Centers Demonstrated mechanical knowledge.
· Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose repair needs.
· Detail oriented and follow processes and procedures.
· Strive for accuracy and quality.
· Able to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Work safely and assist other Teammates.
· Good communication and listening skills.
· Manual dexterity, reaching, standing, walking and sitting.
· Repetitive use of hands for simple and firm grasping.
· Team player.
