Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Electric Motor & Pump Technicians for projects located in the Arbutus, MD area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $33/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an Electric Motor & Pump Technician ready to hone your skills while mastering new ones alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Repair and install electric motors and pumps (primarily 100HP and above)
- Inspect and diagnose motor failures and operational issues
- Perform basic electrical repairs and wiring tasks
- Assist with rigging and handling equipment during installation or removal
Requirements
- Experience with high-horsepower electric motors and pumps
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Basic electrical knowledge and repair capability
- Rigging experience for equipment handling is a plus
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- Reliable transportation
