As a Service Technician, you are the go-to expert for all building-related mechanical systems. These include ventilation units, water supply systems, and heat pumps. Your daily tasks are varied, requiring independence, customer interaction, and close coordination with your team.

Key responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and other mechanical systems
• Ordering required materials and managing your own planning
• Coordinating tasks with maintenance engineers, service planners, and external contractors
• Providing frontline troubleshooting support and emergency repairs, including standby service every 8 weeks
• Logging all work activities and updates for administrative accuracy

You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy but remain closely connected to your team. Regular check-ins, shared lunches, and a supportive environment are part of the job.

What You Bring

You are technically skilled, proactive, and customer oriented. With a hands-on attitude, you manage your workload independently while collaborating smoothly with clients and colleagues alike.

To qualify, you should have:

• A Red Seal certification (Millwright, Fitter, or equivalent in mechanical systems)
• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical building services or installation technology
• A valid driver’s license
• A service mindset, fluent communication skills, and a willingness to learn Dutch
