What You’ll Do

As a Mobile Refrigeration Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things refrigerated in our lease and rental fleet. You’ll:

• Diagnose and repair refrigeration units (Thermo King, Carrier) on-site at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls, ensuring temperature integrity and DOT compliance.
• Use diagnostic software and refrigerant tools to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of service work, parts used, and repair outcomes using digital platforms.
• Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and recommend long-term solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Thermo King and/or Carrier certification required.
• Experience with mobile service and diesel-powered refrigeration units.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain CDL (we will support you through the process).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently at customer sites.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems in reefer units.
