Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Originator
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. In this role, you will originate first and second mortgages, construction loans, and land loans while actively generating new mortgage business. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral partners, and internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the mortgage process.
The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-oriented environment and spends a significant portion of time prospecting, networking, and promoting the organization’s full range of mortgage products and services. An established book of business and strong referral relationships within Dutchess County are a plus. This position offers a competitive base salary starting at $33,280, plus uncapped commission, with total earning potential directly tied to your success in developing and expanding your book of business.
