Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Guide customers through the mortgage loan application process
- Take loan applications and review supporting documents
- Develop referral networks to locate prospects for loans
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices is helpful but not required
- Ability to build rapport with clients is critical
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English fluency required, additional language skills are a major plus
