Offsider (Water Drilling)

Who We Are:

BWE Drilling is a diversified drilling services contractor providing specialised drilling, blasting, exploration and waterwell drilling services in the mining and construction sectors through our three business units: Drill & Blast, Exploration and Waterwell.
Across the BWE Drilling group we employ over 300 employees and are going through an unprecedented period of growth and expansion.

What You'll Do:

• Help move / clean drilling rigs and equipment from site to site
• Dig and clean mud pits and drains
• Mix and test drilling fluids, chemicals and grout
• Assist in obtaining drilling samples, slotting, welding and inserting casing screens
• Operate equipment, such as pumps for air, water and mud
• Carry out minor maintenance and repairs, including lubrication and cleaning

What You Bring:

• HR - B Drivers Licence - highly desired or willing to obtain 
• 4wd Training (current)
• First Aid / CPR (within last 12 months)
• Fire Training (within last 12 months)
• Previous offsiding / physical labouring experience - highly desired
• National Police Clearance (within 6 months) 
• Must Reside in WA 
• Aptitude for mechanics and able to handle machinery
• Physically fit
• Able to work as part of a team
