The Operations Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects across the organization. This position plays a key role in managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication to ensure the successful delivery of critical initiatives. The Operations Project Manager works closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to track project progress, report on status, and resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a professional office setting, and must have a can-do attitude!

Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination and Support
    • Assist with contractors, permits, insurance, signage rights, and property valuations
    • Oversee the day-to-day use of the property in Corpus Christi, Texas including usage, insurance, property rights and access
  • Reporting and Audits
    • Accounting audits on marketing bills and programs
  • Organization of firm state bar events retentions projects
  • Risk and Issue Management
    • Monitor project progress to identify potential risks or delays
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure that all deliverables meet the Firm's quality standards and are delivered on time
    • Conduct quality control checks to verify that project outputs align with project requirements
  • Cross-Function Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution

  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects


Education & Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • Experience with project management tools and other productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
  • Must have a valid TX driver license 
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Must have strong organizational and leadership skills 
  • Ability to handle all employee information with confidentiality 
  • Must have the ability to multitask 
  • Must be detail oriented 
  • Must possess a professional demeanor

Work Environment:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: 

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This position will generally keep weekday, daytime hours, though some overtime or extended hours may be necessary. Schedule will be determined by the department manager.
