Alvin College's Continuing Education and Workforce Development (CEWD) department is seeking dynamic and experienced Part-Time Project Manager(s) to work on a Pro Re Nata (PRN) basis for project-based assignments. This PT Project Manager will manage and oversee projects related to various grants (e.g., Skills Development Fund (SDF) grants), new program development, corporate training initiatives, and other needs of the department on an as needed basis.

The incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday. Travel for meetings and events.

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, and to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift to twenty (20) pounds. Must have access to reliable transportation if project requires off-site visits or meetings.
