What you will do:

 

HR support the business unit in all HR processes: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits. Internal recruitment in the Business Unit, dealing with Line Managers to understand recruitment needs and with external Recruitment Partners to identify talent

 

  • Support in Employer Branding initiatives
  • Reporting: HR monthly, quarter and annual basis reports to the global HR team (headcount movements, training actions, recruitment follow up)
  • Identification of training needs for business units and individual development needs. Evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up the training budget and to ensure training objectives are met.
  • In accordance with global and local practices, administer employee benefit and compensation schemes. Maintain relationships with benefit providers.

  • Supporting the administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews and supervising the personnel administration area (employment contracts, extension letters, terminations, etc,)
  • Support through external payroll agency the preparation of elements for monthly pay-run.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives and projects as required.

What are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Master in Business Administration or Master in Human Resources Management or Master in Industrial Relations are a plus.Fluent in Italian and English. Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
