Piling Rig Operator

Are you ready to play a key role in building Australia’s renewable energy future? PSD Energy is seeking experienced Piling Rig Operators and motivated Off-siders to join our growing construction team on major infrastructure and energy projects across Australia.

About the Roles

We are expanding our civil team and currently have multiple opportunities for:

• Piling Rig Operators – You’ll be responsible for operating specialist piling rigs safely and efficiently on large-scale construction and renewable energy sites.
• Piling Off-siders – You’ll support the rig operators with ground preparation, rig setup, and daily piling operations, ensuring a smooth and safe workflow on site.

What We’re Looking For

Piling Rig Operators

• Previous experience operating piling rigs (e.g., Soilmec, Bauer, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and ground conditions
• Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings
• Valid Piling Licence (RIICFW304E)

Piling Off-siders

• Experience in civil construction or piling support roles
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour in outdoor conditions
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn from experienced operators
• White Card and basic PPE required
