We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a PMO – MFA Deployment Project Manager to take on the following responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee the deployment of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) across internet-exposed applications.
Plan, structure, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Act as a central point of contact between cybersecurity teams, IT teams, business units, and management.
Consolidate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Understand MFA technologies and security constraints in order to translate technical challenges into clear business insights.
Support governance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of project execution.
Profile required
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a PMO, Project Manager, or Security/IT Project Consultant, with proven experience in MFA or cybersecurity-related projects.
Strong knowledge of IT security principles, identity & access management, and risk analysis.
Solid experience in project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Ability to understand technical topics and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Digital Hub environments is a plus.
Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; technical English is a strong plus.
High level of autonomy and rigor.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is required.
