PROGRAM MANAGER at Eisenhower Army Medical Center (onsite)

Clearance: Secret

Certifications:

• PMP or equivalent as approved by the COR
• ITIL 4 Foundation.

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.

Responsibility: 

• Plans and leads major information technology assignments and projects.
• Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. 
• Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
• Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Level V performs the most complex independent thinking, tasks, and may supervise others.

Minimum Education: Master’s degree and/or equivalency.

PROJECT MANAGER at Eisenhower Army Medical Center (onsite)

Experience: Four (4) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency. 

Responsibilities: 

• Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects. 
• Lead and guide the work of technical staff. 
• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. 
• Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. 
• Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. 
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. 
• Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. 

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
