PROGRAM MANAGER at Eisenhower Army Medical Center (onsite)
Clearance: Secret
Certifications:
- PMP or equivalent as approved by the COR
- ITIL 4 Foundation.
Experience:
- Ten (10) years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
Responsibility:
- Plans and leads major information technology assignments and projects.
- Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functions as a programmatic expert across multiple project assignments. Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Level V performs the most complex independent thinking, tasks, and may supervise others.
Minimum Education: Master’s degree and/or equivalency.

Responsibilities:
- Plans, initiates, and manages information technology projects.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
- Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalency.
