Project Manager

Keller Technology Corporation (KTC), a designer and manufacturer of Special Machinery and Automation Systems with locations in Buffalo (Tonawanda), New York and Charlotte (Huntersville), NC, is currently seeking to fill the following position for our Tonawanda location. 

PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a highly motivated, well organized, team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. High degree of ownership, and desire to make those around you better.

The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities and be able to organize, plan, and oversee a large customer account of high-end semiconductor equipment. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following is a summary of Primary Job Responsibilities.

• Evaluate and monitor project budgets and cost control initiatives
• Drive project schedules and deadlines, coordinating with other departments as needed to meet commitments
• Interact with customer portal to establish priorities with the project team.
• Provide technical oversight and support of projects
• Interface with customers through weekly status meetings
• Prepare and submit documentation packages for manufactured equipment
• Assist in proposal development as needed 
• Ensure all aspects of manufacturing meet customer specifications and standards
• Monitor adherence to all KTC policies including safety and ISO Standards

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience and/or knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• High level computer skills along with the ability to learn new software packages.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Proven experience working in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with cleanroom/vacuum assemblies or equipment.  Experience specifically in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
• International travel will be required as well as some domestic travel, total appox 20%
• Due to travel requirements, the ability to speak Korean is a plus. 

EDUCATION

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline is required
