POSITION OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join the fast-growing STR Mechanical Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HVAC projects from start to finish.

This position reports to the local Branch Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
BEHAVIORAL PROFILE
Language Skills
Ability to read and understand construction documents, instructions, and specifications. Can communicate effectively with team members and vendors.
Mathematical Skills
Strong basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and unit conversions. Comfort with spreadsheets and data entry.
Reasoning Ability
Able to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and seek clarification as needed. Capable of basic troubleshooting and problem-solving within assigned work.
Physical Demands
Primarily office-based with occasional site visits. May involve walking job sites, climbing ladders, or light lifting up to 25 lbs when assisting with site assessments.
