Capability Unit
Metrea Airborne Asset Alteration (A3) Cell is part of Metrea’s AERO group focused on aircraft modification and system integration in support of Metrea’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) and other operations, conducted by our Special Air Missions (SAM) Group, and in support of our Air Mobility Group (AIRMOB).
Position Summary
The A3 Cell Project Manager is responsible for managing all programs assigned, generation of statements of work and other supporting proposal documentation. This individual is responsible for new product development engineering, certification, testing, modification support, operational of all Metrea aircraft.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with department and business needs. Exempt Employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require. Non-Exempt employees may be required to work over 40 hours per week with approval from the department manager.
