Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum based on experience

Location: Hybrid role working 3 days a week on site or in the office at either Durrington or Falmer and 2 days WFH per week.

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager (known internally as the Wastewater Transformation Project Manager) to collaborate closely with business and transformation teams, driving change projects that help us achieve our commercial, efficiency, and environmental goals. You will take full ownership of your projects’ success, ensuring business outcomes are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of key transformation projects within wastewater.

  • Work alongside Programme Managers and stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities, developing practical, cost effective solutions that meet ROI targets.

  • Manage all aspects of project execution, championing change management and rigorously assuring delivery quality.

  • Collaborate across teams to establish best practices in wastewater transformation.

  • Mentor and coach Subject Matter Experts and team members to elevate our overall delivery capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • Project Delivery Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex projects, handle dependencies, and navigate multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

  • Consultative Approach: A proactive, solution-focused self-starter with excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing and communication skills.

  • Business Analysis Skills: A strong understanding of value creation across people, processes, technology, and environment, with solid process design and spreadsheet skills.

  • Change Management: A deep knowledge of change principles and practices, able to influence senior leaders and produce high quality materials.

  • Track Record: Demonstrable experience successfully delivering projects from start to finish.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the Water industry.

  • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or APM.
