About the position

We are now looking for our new Project Manager.
Key information
Duties and responsibilities
- Organize and lead the project team for efficient project execution, in line with Seaonics' delivery model and best practice.
- Secure delivery of projects according to technical specification, quality standards, budget and timeline.
- Monitor and report on progress, budget, HSE, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts and maintain close follow-up with customers, to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
- Conduct change management, risk assessments, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risk.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management within maritime, offshore, or related industries.
- Broad understanding of engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, control systems/software).
- University degree or equivalent experience (formal education can be replaced by relevant experience).
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, in English (Norwegian is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of contract management and commercial processes.
- Proficient IT skills and familiarity with project management tools.
