We’re expanding our operations and looking to bring on a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. 





Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and oversee multiple client IT projects concurrently, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and budget-conscious delivery. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and setting realistic expectations. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define project scopes, develop timelines, and allocate resources effectively. 
  • Manage IT projects such as onboarding, migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cloud implementations, and cybersecurity initiatives. 
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including task lists, schedules, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations. 
  • Conduct internal project meetings, daily stand-ups, and client check-ins to maintain alignment and momentum. 
  • Identify, address, and mitigate risks, scope changes, and potential delays while keeping stakeholders informed. 
  • Ensure all project deliverables adhere to industry best practices, service standards, and client expectations. 
  • Assist in resource scheduling, ensuring optimal workload distribution across engineering teams. 
  • Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to contribute to project scoping, quoting, and pre-sales planning. 
  • Facilitate seamless handoffs from project completion to service desk and account managers, maintaining a consistent client experience. 
  • Advocate for process improvements, fostering efficiency and standardization across the MSP team. 

 



Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of proven experience in project management within an MSP or IT services environment. 
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. 
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and networking principles. 
  • Experience managing technical projects across multiple clients or industries. 
  • Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in project management tools. 
  • PMP or similar project management certification preferred but not . 
  • Ability to work independently while managing shifting priorities and expectations. 
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. 
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and implements solutions effectively.

Please Note: 

This position follows a standard 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time schedule. However, as a Project Manager, flexibility is based on project demands and client needs. Some evening and weekend work may be necessary.
