The team:
The Project Management domain is in charge of the implementation and delivery of the Murex solutions. We handle the clients just after the contractual agreements until the go live of the product. The Project Manager is the owner of the Murex implementation project, leading the project team towards successful delivery of the agreed scope and services with Murex standards, while respecting the project constraints and consolidating a strong long-term client partnership.
What you’ll do:
Drives the project team towards project objectives, while contributing to development and long-term motivation of the project team members, in collaboration with their managers
Communicates and report project status, providing clear visibility and common view to Murex management & project team (including integrators)
Defines a project plan: estimate project effort, define high level and detailed project plan, including staffing and logistics (Resource profile, governance, organization)
Coordinates with client and integrators, ensures client/integrator readiness, and build partnership based on mutual respect and trust
Identifies project Risk & issues and ensure mitigation
Ensures project timeline is respected, within scope, budget, and quality expectations, executes change request process. Monitors associated KPIs.
Adopts & promotes Murex project methodologies, tools and best practices and align them with client and integrators.
Contributes to definition and maintenance of Methodologies.
Prepares and executes project closure and hand over
Capitalizes and provides lessons learnt
Reports to Project Director and collaborate closely with Murex stakeholders (Client Services, Product departments, Project administration)
Makes sure that collaboration spirit amongst Murex departments is well diffused with the rest of the project team.
Who you are:
Minimum of 8-10 years relevant Project Management experience in a software/banking related domain
Previous Experience working in the investment markets
Previous experience in client-facing activities
A good understanding of Murex Software industry is a plus
Multitasking skills and stress management skills
A proven organized, analytical, and methodological approach
PMI certification is a plus
Advanced level of English
