If you’re someone who brings structure to ambiguity, builds strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results on time, this role was built for you. We’re looking for a Project Manager who can confidently lead end-to-end implementations of ATM and ITM systems for community banks and credit unions—someone who combines technical aptitude, organization, and exceptional communication skills.

The Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from onboarding through completion. In this role, you will work closely with C-suite leaders at community banks and credit unions to deploy financial systems (ATM/ITMs). You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with a high level of professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent projects

  • Provide strategy and subject-matter expertise throughout implementation and project completion, aligning delivery with client business needs and objectives

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure professional execution of all project deliverables

  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, engaging all relevant internal stakeholders

  • Ensure projects are delivered within established timelines

  • Implement and promote best practices across the Project Operations function

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

  • Review construction plans and hardware specifications to advise clients and/or construction teams

  • Manage changes to project scope, schedules, resources, and costs

  • Ensure appropriate resource availability for system installations

  • Facilitate partnerships with regional rigging teams for deployment and construction execution

  • Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skills, and experience levels

  • Develop shareable, comprehensive project plans for clients and internal staff

  • Create and maintain complete project documentation

  • Work cross-functionally to resolve issues and remove obstacles

  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders

  • Partner continuously with members of the Professional Services team

  • Attend and participate in weekly or bi-weekly client calls and document meeting notes

  • Become trained and certified in Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting



Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of Project Management experience preferred

  • Solid organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to focus on and drive deadlines while clearly communicating changes along the way

  • Ability to quickly adapt to change, communicate those changes, and execute projects accordingly

  • Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset

  • Proven conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience

  • High-integrity collaborator who works well across teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) – Required

  • Experience with project management software (Smartsheet preferred)

  • Financial services experience is a plus
