As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring predictable project outcomes, strengthening client partnerships, and leading teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

• Lead the execution of project workflows in planning, estimating, coordination, project management, prefabrication, or construction engineering.
• Develop project execution plans, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and drive predictability in outcomes.
• Maintain quality standards while ensuring efficiency and innovation in delivery.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
• Clarify requirements, align expectations, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client goals.
• Build trusted long-term relationships through technical excellence, reliability, and proactive communication.

People & Team Management

• Coach people in the team on workflows, problem-solving, and client communication.
• Provide feedback, support career growth, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Take ownership of team health and collaboration across regions and disciplines.
• Actively Forecast and Reflect on work, do the resource planning, transitions planning and communicate & manage training and hiring needs

Process Development & Innovation

• Lead adoption of new workflows, tools, and technologies (BIM platforms, automation, AI/ML-enabled solutions).
• Partner with internal innovation teams to design and pilot process improvements.
• Capture and share lessons learned to contribute to organizational knowledge and standards.
• Incorporate construction site-based lessons into innovation pilots for more tangible real-time site data integration and relatability.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• 6–12 years of experience in construction operations (planning, estimating, project execution, BIM coordination, prefabrication, or related).
• Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical understanding of VDC/BIM platforms, project management tools, or construction workflows.
• Strong Understanding of Construction Project Functions – Planning, Estimating and Good Understanding of Systems – Civil, Structural, Landscape, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.
• Passion for innovation, process improvement, and developing people.
• Strong Collaborator across different teams of teams and functions for project success and process improvements.
