Project Manager  (Remote US)

Role purpose:

Project Managers are the facilitators of continuous Product Delivery. You enable teams to deliver value iteratively while maintaining focus on outcomes over outputs. You are responsible for removing impediments, fostering collaboration, and ensuring sustainable delivery velocity across development teams. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, optimize team processes, and ensure our development flow aligns with Business Objectives and Product Vision. We're looking for a full-time Project Manager with technical understanding, strong coaching skills, and drive to deliver value.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate continuous delivery of product increments through iterative development cycles
  • Coach teams on agile practices and help optimize delivery velocity and quality
  • Remove impediments and blockers that prevent teams from achieving sprint goals
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Foster collaboration between engineering, design, QA, and product teams
  • Monitor team health metrics, velocity trends, and delivery flow efficiency
  • Ensure delivered increments meet definition of done and acceptance criteria
  • Guide teams in breaking down complex features into deliverable user stories
  • Analyze team performance data and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support Product Roadmap execution and release planning activities
  • Tracking of dev/qa/devops software renewals 

Requirements:

  • You have worked as a Business Analyst for product development and have experience with at least one large application
  • You have a deep understanding of business analysis and agile product development practices
  • Experience with requirements and/or product lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to periodically get together for in person collaboration (a few times a year)

This position is full time, we will only consider candidates located in the US. No visa sponsorship.  We operate on the Eastern Time zone.
