As part of ongoing expansion, we are currently hiring a Project Manager for an exciting Residential, Commercial and Mixed Use project located in Dublin.

Manage all phases of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to align on project objectives and deliverables.
Monitor and control project scope, timelines, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
Enforce and promote safety standards and compliance protocols on site.
Provide clear and timely project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to reduce potential delays or issues.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
Experience on projects such as pharmaceutical facilities, data centres, residential developments, civil works, or transport infrastructure.
Prior experience working with Tier 1 main contractors, either in Ireland, the UK, or internationally.
In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycles.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
