Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Project Manager with the whole package – team player, supportive coach and always the enthusiastic cheerleader. You’ll assist or lead the process to identify and document business goals and objectives as part of the initiation phase for a business case and develop a project to finalize scope, schedule, and resources. To put it simply, you are the champion of a project.

 WHAT YOU’LL DO                  

  • Report to the Director, Strategy and Innovation.
  • You’ll manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to implementation for projects ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects successfully within established timelines, allocated resources, and budgets.
  • You’ll assist in identifying and documenting business goals and objectives as part of the initiation phase.
  • You’ll lead the development of project charters and facilitate discussions to finalize scope, schedule, and resources.
  • You’ll be expected to manage several projects at various stages.
  • Projects will be different in scope, size, and complexity.
  • Successful completion of projects will be the key performance indicator for this position; beginning with Project Initiation; Planning; Delivery; Implementation and transition to Post-Implementation.

 WHAT YOU’VE DONE

  • You have a post-secondary education in a related field.
  • You’ve got at least 3-5 years under your belt in project management experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills across a range of forums and channels and with senior level stakeholders.
  • Your project management skills are impeccable at every stage – planning, analysis, problem solving, delivery and communication.
  • Having a project management designation (ISP, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) would be considered an asset.
