Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project manager to join our growing Vilnius team. In this role, you will be leading a national-level impact project for a team of 15-25 high skilled IT professionals. You are expected to take full ownership of the project including achieving project goals, P&L, client satisfaction, mentoring and coaching of the team, communicating with all the stakeholders using agile project management methodology. 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will: 

  • Own project success: take full responsibility for the successful delivery of IT project.
  • Lead and engage: demonstrate excellent people management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Drive results: utilize your technical and/or domain understanding to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Build and align teams: set up and guide project team, ensuring they are focused and aligned with project goals.
  • Manage finances: manage project budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for P&L optimization. 
  • Mitigate risks: proactively identify and address potential risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively: prepare and present clear and concise project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders. 

Qualifications

You will fit right if you have:  

  • 5 years experience in project management 
  • Public sector project management experience is a must 
  • Fixed price project management experience 
  • Strong at scope management, risk management, and schedule management 
  • Great communications and stakeholder management skills, including negotiations 
  • Understanding of delivery processes and what is applicable when and where 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks 
  • Leadership skills, this includes team motivation, conflict management

Salary range (bruto) 4000 - 6000 EUR.
