Project Manager

What you’ll be doing

• Running multiple commercial HVAC projects from bid to handover
• Working closely with engineering, design, site teams and clients
• Managing cost control, forecasting, procurement and reporting
• Solving problems early rather than explaining disasters later
• Representing the business professionally without sounding like a robot

• Know your AS/NZS codes and standards for mechanical services, ventilation, ductwork, fire/smoke control, commissioning and compliance
• Come from a mechanical trade background or have worked your way up through hands-on roles, though strong experience speaks for itself
• Can juggle budgets, subcontractors, timelines and client expectations without theatrics
• Prefer quick decisions over corporate committees
