Mergent Group is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver Tier 1 commercial plumbing projects in the Perth metropolitan area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering excellent career development, a supportive team culture, and generous benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and regularly monitor on-site progress.
• Handle procurement, contracts, cost control, and progress claims.
• Keep the General Manager updated on key project developments.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client and supplier relationships with a focus on service and problem resolution.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience managing commercial plumbing projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in management software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

About the role:

• Salary of $160,000 + Super
