Essential Functions:
- Defines project objectives, scope and success measures; submits for approval.
- Develops and maintains project documents, including charters and plans; obtains approval as required.
- Proactively manages and coordinates project activities; takes timely and effective action as required.
- Participates in the management of internal and external project resources, including third party consultants.
- Conducts and communicates project postmortems, including the identification of successes and areas for improvement; incorporates into future projects.
- Facilitates the use and understanding of best practice project management policies, procedures, processes, tools and standards.

What You Have:
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree; and
- At least two years as a project manager leading projects in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment and using PMI standards; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
