Shape the Future of Our Operations: Lead a Key Transformation Project

Are you a passionate engineer and project leader who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and mentoring others? We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to guide a critical, one-year initiative: the implementation of our new Advanced Control Room.

This role is more than just managing a project; it's an opportunity to make a lasting impact on our plant's safety, efficiency, and technology. You will be at the heart of this transformation, working with a talented team and helping to develop the skills of our engineers.


 

This is a temporary position with a one-year duration.

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Automation and E&I Project Manager, you will be the central point of leadership for our Advanced Control Room project. You will foster a collaborative environment where innovation, safety, and excellence are paramount.

Your core contributions will include:

  • Project Leadership & Coordination:

    • Guide the Advanced Control Room project from planning through to successful completion.

    • Foster clear and consistent communication by organizing regular team updates and progress reports.

    • Oversee project milestones, procurement, and budget tracking to ensure we stay on course.

    • Partner with our Management of Change (MoC) team to seamlessly integrate new systems and processes.

  • Technical Guidance & Innovation:

    • Develop detailed technical specifications to source the best solutions and partners for the project.

    • Collaborate with potential suppliers to evaluate and select technical solutions that meet our high standards.

    • Ensure all engineering documentation is updated and accurate, including P&IDs, electrical drawings, and operating procedures.

    • Consult with internal experts to validate complex changes and bring new ideas to the table.

  • Mentorship & Team Development:

    • Champion a culture of learning by dedicating time each month to develop and lead training sessions for our engineering team on key E&I topics.

    • Mentor and support our Instrumentation and Process Engineers, helping them grow their expertise in automation and control systems.

    • Provide constructive feedback and technical validation on changes proposed by the team.

  • Safety & Quality Champion:

    • Lead with a commitment to safety, embodying a “Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time” mindset in every action.

    • Oversee the on-site installation and commissioning, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards without disrupting operations.

    • Conduct thorough risk analyses to anticipate challenges and ensure a safe and reliable implementation.

What You Bring to the Team

We believe that diverse experiences lead to better solutions. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about both the technical and human aspects of project management.

Core Qualifications:

  • A solid background in Instrumentation and Automation, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects.

  • The ability to develop and interpret key engineering documents like P&IDs, functional diagrams, and electrical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the E&I field.

  • Professional working proficiency in both English and Russian (approximately B1 level or higher).

It would be a great plus if you have experience with:

  • SIEMENS Step7

  • Yokogawa Centum VP
