As Project Manager, Brand & Creative Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind creative execution—ensuring workflows are clear, timelines are met, and collaboration thrives. You’ll balance structure with agility, helping marketing and creative teams deliver bold, high-quality work that connects with audiences.
Connect the Dots – Serve as the bridge between marketing, brand, creative, and development teams to align priorities and drive momentum.
Lead Execution – Manage the full project lifecycle from kick-off to delivery, keeping milestones on track without compromising creative excellence.
Champion Clarity – Review intake materials, refine briefs, and ensure projects start with clear direction.
Stay Agile – Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, adapting plans in real time.
Fuel Creativity with Structure – Build workflows that enable creative teams to focus on delivering impactful work.
Own the Details – Oversee timelines, project plans, and resources, leveraging tools like Asana, Workfront, Airtable, Trello, or Monday.com.
Collaborate & Influence – Partner with stakeholders across marketing, product, creative, and leadership to ensure alignment.
Optimize Processes – Continuously improve workflows to make operations faster, smarter, and more efficient.
6+ years of project management experience in marketing, in-house agency, or creative teams.
Proven ability to manage high-visibility campaigns with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Deep knowledge of marketing and creative processes from concept through production.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Workfront, Airtable, Trello, Monday.com).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A bias for action and results.
Bonus: PMP certification or Agile methodology training.
