We are seeking a Project Manager to lead critical projects that shape our products, drive strategic priorities, and power innovation across the organization.

From kickoff to completion, you'll guide cross-functional efforts, balancing people, process, and technology, to successfully deliver both technical and non-technical initiatives to move the business forward.

Foundations for Success

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience with a focus on business, technology, or operations. PMP is desirable.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, with a focus on technology-related projects
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related methodologies
• Hands-on experience manager projects using Asana
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Server or similar project tracking and collaboration tools (a plus)
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams to drive project success

This role is based in-office and requires regular in-person presence to support cross-functional collaboration and engagement. Candidates should be comfortable commuting to downtown, Buffalo, NY.
