What You’ll Do:

You’ll lead complex civil engineering projects — heavy civil, industrial facilities, water/wastewater systems, and more — guiding them through design, permitting, and on-the-ground execution. That means:

• Creating and reviewing designs, calculations, and materials for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
• Managing schedules, budgets, resources, and change orders with precision.
• Coordinating closely with surveyors, designers, and construction crews to ensure seamless delivery.
• Reviewing plans and drawings for compliance with standards and codes.
• Mentoring junior engineers and technicians, sharing expertise in both design and build.
• Partnering with clients and subcontractors, keeping communication clear and projects on track.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within a few months.
• 8+ years of civil engineering and project management experience.
• Expertise in site design, earthwork, hydrology, utilities, or roadway projects.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related design software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
