Summary:

  • The Digital Project Manager is a strategic partner responsible to Interface/interlock between key account roles (Technical Project Manager, Agencies and clients) to ensure smooth operations and delivery within stablished SLAs.

  • Identify project staffing variations (augmentation/reductions) through demand management and forecast monitoring to evaluate and make trade-off decisions about project resourcing and capacity based on the project pipeline.

  • Responsible for driving resolution to, and escalating issues/risks associated with pipeline, capacity and/or scope.

  • Responsible for scoping and solutioning web development projects/marketing campaigns/ client initiatives  and partner with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, provide optimization recommendations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as operational main point of contact and point of coordination between client, production teams, and third parties to manage digital project execution. Act as a single point of coordination between all production services and consolidation of deliverables. 

  • Compiles, reviews and prioritizes demand with Clients/Stakeholders.

  • Responsible for providing/gathering inputs related to asset scope, timelines, and development of detailed requirements.

  • Oversees/coordinates asset delivery and provides status update and reporting/tracking.

  • Coordinates approvals for launches to Production or product releases to market.

  • Manage 3rd party creative agencies asset delivery i.e. Build kit delivery.

  • Ensures all projects are QA'd and pass UAT (when required) prior to live approval.

  • Consolidates and provides feedback to internal teams when needed.

  • Reviews and provides timeline estimates based on requirements and input from production teams.

  • Assess cross team impacts, dependencies, risks and LOEs with team leads in platform, web analytics, ad- hoc and web services areas.

  • Ability to work onsite with the client as required.

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools (i.e. JIRA)

  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans to meet agreed project timelines.

  • Oversee build kit reviews.

  • Schedule project deployments in alignment with team availability.

  • Facilitate cross team coordination and approvals on deliveries and deployments.

  • Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and  unsuccessful project elements.

  • Responsible for coordinating the troubleshooting of production challenges.

  • Coordinates review and assessment of complexity of build with the development team.

  • Identifies and communicates associated risks.

  • Facilitate new process updates and change across the service delivery teams.

  • Mitigate web related escalations by working with cross functional partners and external stakeholders

  • Provide support in facilitating questions pertaining to the Client Design System as needed.

  • Ability to work with Management overhead and nearshore/offshore production teams.

  • Responsible for escalating issues/risks associated with project pipeline, capacity and/or scope creep.

  • Ability to create KPIs and reporting structures for the client.

  • Takes prompt actions when metrics are falling below targets and/thresholds and coordinate improvement activities with offshore team.

  • Prepare and present MBRs and QBRs to the client.

  • Creates and manages requests assigned in JIRA/VSO or other ticketing system.

Knowledge, experience, and technical skills:

  • 3+ years of leading digital projects from vision through to delivery.

  • Advanced English C1.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Experience in the management and delivery of digital design projects, working with Service, UX and UI designers, front-end developers and digital marketers.

  • Experience of leading and delivering with multi-location teams is preferable.

  • Experience of working in complex, matrix organizations is preferable.

  • Agile Certification an advantage.

  • PMP Certified or similar qualification an advantage.
